Virender Sehwag scored an impressive 284 runs on the first day of a Test match against Sri Lanka. Despite Rahul Dravid's encouragement to aim for a triple century, Sehwag was dismissed for 293 the following day. His innings remains one of the highest single-day scores in Test cricket history.
